Gatherwhen
Terms of use
Last updated: October 17, 2026
These terms govern use of Gatherwhen, provided by the Yoteiro operating team ("we").
1. Agreement
By using the service, you agree to these terms and the privacy policy.
2. The service
Organizers create and share proposed times, and the service collects participants' availability. Features and availability may change during the beta period.
3. Fees
The current public beta is free and does not take payments, including when users complete a pre-launch survey. If paid features are introduced, pricing, duration, payment, delivery, renewal and cancellation conditions and other legally required information will be clearly shown before purchase. You will not be charged without explicit agreement.
4. Your responsibilities
Obtain the rights and consent needed for information you enter or share. Protect organizer credentials and sharing links. Confirm final arrangements and responses directly with the people involved when necessary.
5. Prohibited use
Do not break the law; impersonate or harass others; infringe rights; gain unauthorized access; overload or disrupt the service; exploit vulnerabilities; scrape or resell without authorization; or enter medical histories, passwords, confidential information or secrets unnecessary for scheduling.
6. Your content
You retain your rights in the content you enter. You permit us to store, reproduce and process it as necessary to provide, maintain and improve the service.
7. Changes, interruptions and support
We may change, interrupt or discontinue part or all of the service for maintenance, faults, circumstances beyond our control or other operational needs. We will display important changes where reasonably possible. Beta feedback is accepted, but individual replies or response times are not guaranteed. Serious faults and security issues receive priority.
8. Liability
The service is provided as is, without guarantees of suitability, completeness or continuity. Except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence, we are not responsible for indirect or incidental damage arising from its use. Applicable mandatory consumer protection laws take precedence.
9. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and display the revision date here. Japanese law governs these terms; the competent court will be determined under applicable law.
10. Contact
Use the feedback and contact option at the bottom of the home page.
